Privacy policy

Data collected
When you send a quote request, we collect: your company name, your tax ID (ICE) where applicable, your name and role, your business e-mail, your phone number, your delivery city, your desired delivery date, your logo if attached, an indicative budget and a free message, as well as the details of the items you selected (with no price ever sent from your browser: prices are only calculated by our servers when you submit your request).
Purpose
This information is used exclusively to prepare your quote, get back to you and, where applicable, process your order. It is never resold, transferred to third parties, or used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Storage and security
Your selection of items is stored only in your device’s browser (local storage), and is only sent to our servers when you submit your request, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your request data is kept for as long as necessary for commercial processing, then archived or deleted in accordance with our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
In accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right to access, rectify and object to your data. To exercise it, contact us atthomas.idoux@udiafrica.com.
Cookies
The Hadaya site uses no audience-measurement or advertising cookies. Only a technical local storage (never sent to our servers) is used to keep your item selection between visits.
